Goldust.. A Boom for Solid waste management

LAHS’s ‘GOLDUST’ is fully automatic composting machine which uses special microorganisms to break down & decompose all kinds of organic waste into compost within 24 hours with a volume reduction of 85-90%. The entire process is natural & biological. Our special microorganisms thrive in high temperature & even in high acidic or salty conditions. The ‘GOLDUST’ has a U-shaped composting tank, with a humidity sensor, heater, mixing blades & an exhaust system.

When organic waste is added to GOLDUST, moisture is sensed by the humidity sensor, due to which heater turn ON & the composting tank get heated. The water content in the organic waste is evaporated & it goes out through the exhaust system. As any organic (food) waste contains 70-80% water content, we achieve volume reduction at this stage itself. Meanwhile the special micro-organisms decompose the remaining organic waste into compost. That’s how 85-90% volume reduction is achieved. The process is completely noiseless as there is no crushing or grinding involved. The blades are just for evenly mixing the waste.

What does it include ?

Organic Waste :

Refers to the residual of plants, animals & microbes, or waste materials naturally generated from all living things. Organic waste is also called as Wet Waste.

In-Organic Waste :

Refers to all artificial waste like appliences, plastics, disposal tableware, metals, wood pallets, rubber etc. Organic waste is also called as Dry Waste.
